Mumbai street food style grilled Sandwich.


                                        
                                                  Ingredients



  • 3 slices Sandwich bread
  • butter as required
  • Cilantro chutney 
  • 1 medium potato, boiled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small bell pepper , thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato ,thinly sliced
  • Grated cheese
  • Sandwich masala or chaat masala
  • Griddle or a grill sandwich press

                                                         Method


  • Spread the butter on three slices. Spread generously, so bread will not become soggy after spreading chutney.
  • Now spread about 1 ½ teaspoon of Cilantro chutney on each slices.
  • Now place few sliced of potatoes in single layer. Sprinkle some sandwich masala.
  • Next place cucumber slices and sprinkle some sandwich masala.
  • Now arrange onion slices and sprinkle some sandwich masala.
  • close the sandwich with another bread slice. Then place sliced bell pepper and sprinkle some masala on top.
  • Next place tomato slices and sprinkle some masala.
  • Lastly grated cheese and again sprinkle some masala.
  • Close with last bread slice, chutney side down.
  • Apply butter on top and grill it till it is crisp.
  • remove the grilled sandwiches with a wooden spatula.
  • Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Serve immediately with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Colorful Mini Oats Uthappam..:))

Ingredient 
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Semolina
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Chilli Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion 
  • 1 Cup Grated Paneer
  • 1 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup Grated Zucchini
  • 1 cup Coriander
  • 2 Teaspoons Oil



                                                                 Method


1. Take oats and make it into fine powder in a blender.
 2. Take this oats powder and Semolina in a bowl then add buttermilk, water, salt, cumin seeds, ginger chilli paste and mix it like a dosa batter.
 3. Put this batter on hot tawa and add carrot,onions,paneer, bell pepper ,zucchini and coriander as topping and add little oil on it.
 4. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on slow flame for 2 minutes. 
5. Now transfer this in a plate and serve hot with tomato or green chutney.
