Eggless banana butterscotch muffins with multigrain flour


Ingredients:

Multigrain Flour - 2 cups 
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Banana - 3 ripe
Brown sugar - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Chopped Walnuts - 1/4 cup
Flaxseed powder - 2 tsp 
Butterscotch Morsels - 1/2 cup



Preparing dry ingredients-

1.In a bowl, take 2 cups multigrain flour .
2.Add 1 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp baking soda.
3.Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder & 2 tsp Flaxseed powder
4.Mix them well.
5. Pre-heat the oven 350 degrees. 



Preparing wet ingredients-

1.Take three ripped bananas in a bowl mash them with a fork.
2.Add 3/4th cup brown sugar .
3.Add 1/4 cup oil. 
4.Add 1 cup milk.
5.Add 1 tsp Vanilla extract.
6.Mix nicely with a spatula.


Instructions:-

1.Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
2.Mix chopped walnuts and butterscotch Morsels .
3.Thick batter is ready. (Mix everything well but do not over mix)
4.Take a muffin pan to bake muffins .
5.Muffin pan should be lined with paper cup.
6.Fill the muffin batter up to 3/4th level of paper cup.
7.Bake the muffins for 40 minutes.
8.Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
9.Take out the muffins and enjoy with coffee.
