Ingredients:
- 2 cups quinoa
- 3 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 3 to 4 tsp oil
Method:
- Soak quinoa in the water for 2 hours.
- Blend the quinoa, chilies, and ginger and salt by adding water little by little till it gets dosa consistency.
- Heat the iron griddle or non -stick tawa well.
- Make tawa again little cool before spreading batter with damp cloth or sprinkle some cold water.
- pour a spoonful of batter in the center,spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
- pour a tsp of oil over it.
- Remove with spatula when crisp and Serve with coconut chutney,green chutney and sambhar.
Note: No need to ferment this quinoa dosa batter.
