Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrots, cucumber, tomato and onion
- 1 cup mix sprouts (moong bean, lima bean, chickpeas,, green lentils, black-eyed peas, green peas etc.)
- 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- coriander leaves
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- salt and pepper
- bread slices
Method:
- In a bowl, add the hung curd, eggless mayonnaise, salt to taste, pepper, Italian pizza seasoning, garlic paste, coriander leaves and ketchup and mix all the ingredients well.
- Add the mix sprouts and finely chopped vegetables - capsicum, cucumber, carrots ,cabbage, tomato and onion to the hung curd mixture and mix all the ingredients together.
- Take the mix and spread them over the brown bread sliceclose sandwich with other slice.
- Grill on a hot Panini or a sandwich toaster with a spray of oil…serve hot!
