******Homemade Granola Bars******



Ingredients:




  1. 4 cups old fashioned oats
  2. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  4. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 cup mixer of nuts & dry fruits
  6. 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  8. 1/2  teaspoon baking soda
  9. 1/2  teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 cup melted butter
  11. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  12. 1/2 cup honey

Method:


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. 2. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  4. 4. Pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture and stir to      combine.
  5. 5. Place granola mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and shape into a rectangle, about 13 x 9 x 1 inch thick.
  6. 6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. 7. Allow to cool completely then cut into 3 x 1 inch bars.
