INGREDIENTS
- 500 gm grated carrots
500 ml milk
3/4 cups of sugar
1 tbsp. clarified butter (ghee)
almond flakes
1/2 tsp roasted cardamom powder
METHOD
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Add grated carrots, Stir it well.
- After cooking for 1 to 2 and half a minute, add milk. Mix it well.
- Let the mixture cook for 10-15 minutes till the milk is reduced to half.
- Add half to 3/4th cup of sugar, as per taste.
- Cook till all the milk and water is dried out.
- Add 1/2 tsp. roasted cardamom powder and some roasted almond flakes.
- Keep it for cooling for 30-40 min so that it sets nicely.
