Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 5 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- few ice cubes
- few chocolate
Method
- Combine 1/4 cup milk, cocoa powder and cornflour in a bowl and mix well to make a smooth paste.
- Heat the remaining milk in pan and bring to a boil.
- Add the sugar and the prepared paste and stir continuously for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame.
- Remove from the flame and stir continuously for 5 minutes to cool the drink.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve chilled cocoa in a long glass , place one scoop of ice-cream on top n add pieces of chocolate cut into small .
- Delicious cold cocoa is ready 2 drink.
